System Requirements

The system requirements listed below are recommended as minimums for running Ecap camera.

1. OPERATING SYSTEM (OS): Microsoft Windows 8, Windows 7, Vista and XP 32-bit, SP3 (Windows XP Service Pack 3 is required).

2. Memory: 256MB, 512MB, 1 GB (2 GB recommended) and above.

3.CPU Intel processor with speed of 1.2GHz, 1.4GHz, 1.8GHz, 2.0GHz,2.4GHz, 3.0 GHz etc…
AMD Athlon 64 3200+ or below / above…

4. HDD Space 1 GB required.

5. VGA Card Intel 945 (Independent graphics card recommended) OR AMD VGA Card…

6. Screen Resolution 1024×768 below or above.

7. Device Webcam (built-in or external USB).

8. Other Software Instant messaging software with video communication functions, such as Skype, Yahoo Messenger, AOL Instant Messenger etc…

Full Screen Mode Ecap camera

ECap camera includes a full screen mode* that is optimized for touch

To access the full screen mode, do any of the following:
select the Camera tab of the ECap camera launcher, and then select Full
Select Camera > Full Screen from the drop-down menu that appears at the
top of most ECap camera windows.
select the button in the Capture webcam preview window.

Note: * this feature is not available in some versions of ECap camera.
Features in Full Screen Mode
Once in full screen mode, you can:

Note: mouse movements and the ECap camera tool bar are not displayed in photo snapshots or recorded videos captured in full screen mode. Use the zoom slider on the left side of the window to zoom in or out on the webcam image.

Select to switch to another connected webcam.

Take photo snapshots and record webcam videos. See Capturing Media for detailed information about capturing webcam media.

Note: before capturing media in full screen mode, be sure to select to set the capture options. In the capture options you can have the HDR effect applied to photo snapshots, use the burst feature, or take a panorama with your webcam.

Select to apply effects and draw on the webcam image.

Also you can Select to clear any applied effects if required.

Desktop Capture

1. Do either of the following to access the desktop capture feature:

Select the Presentations tab of the ECap camera launcher, and then select Desktop Capture.

select Presentations > Desktop Capture from the drop-down menu that
appears at the top of most ECap camera windows.

2. In the Desktop Capture dialog, select:

Full screen to capture/share your entire desktop area.

Mouse movement and then the size of the capture area from the drop-down.

This option will capture/share an area that follows the movement of your mouse.

Fixed area and then select and drag the displayed box to the area of your desktop that you want to capture/share.


Very easy just copy the application to the desktop background, DOUBLE CLICK it opens and all pictures taken will be save in your picture folder inside document folder.
